We began our vacation in the historic city of
Barcelona
. After a few days there, we flew to
Sevilla
. From there we took a day trip to
Jerez de la Frontera
, and then to
Cordoba
. Next we took a bullet train to
Toledo
, visited
Segovia
, and finally
Madrid
. After several days in this very cosmopolitan city, we
were off to
Lisbon
, where we spent a couple of days before heading off
into the Portugese countryside. Here we visited five different
pousadas
before heading back to Madrid and then home to the States.
