Welcome to my home page. I am Brian Stipak, Professor Emeritus of Public Administration, Portland State University. My web site gives some background about myself, provides help and resources for students, contains information on courses I have taught, links to other useful sites, and indulges in a little humor.

Although as Professor Emeritus I no longer have a regular teaching schedule, I may teach some courses at Portland State in the future, and may continue some research and other scholarly involvements.
