Power-ups give special abilities upon using them. Most of the effects make fighting and/or exploration easier. This site is dedicated to the classic Mario games. It does leave out Mario Bros 2 (also refered to as Super Mario Bros USA) as that game is just a re-skin of the game Doki Doki Panic.
