Scoring guide (.doc)

Work samples with their scores and grades - look at these to get an idea of what you might do to get whatever grade you want to aim for:

0449 3.5 / C+; 0450 3.6 / C+; 0451 5.2 / A; 0452 4.1 / B; 0453 4.7 / B+; 0454 2.4 / C

Useful search words (put quotes around multi-word phrases):

meine / unsere + Wohnung; mein / unser + Haus

You may get more real estate / apartment rental agencies than you want, although some of those will have good floor plans, even with furniture icons and labels. To increase your chances of finding personal websites, add short phrases that refer to family, friends, etc.:

"Ich wohne" "Wir wohnen" Bruder Schwester Freund Freundin Verlobt (engaged, will also bring up the words for fiancé[e] - Verlobter, Verlobte).

Also - words that describe residential spaces subjectively: gemütlich / komfortabel; schön; klein
