Sarah Osborn
  b: ~1805 - NJ or OH
  d: ~1825

Father: Jeremiah Hart Osborn
Mother: Mary (Polly) Clark

Spouse: Peter Hendrickson
  m: 10/Dec/1822 - Warren Co., OH

Child: Mariah

Biographical Details:

Sarah Osborn was a daughter of Jeremiah Hart and Polly Clark Osborn.1  Concomitantly, according to subsequent census records, her daughter asserted that she was born in either New Jersey (possibly near New Providence in Essex, later Union, County) or Ohio (probably in Warren County).  If Sarah Osborn was born in New Jersey, she evidently migrated with her family to Ohio in the early nineteenth century and was married to Peter Hendrikson on December 10, 1822, in Warren County.  Both her mother and brother, Squier, signed the marriage license indicating that she was probably underage at the time of her marriage.  One child, Mariah, is attributed to Sarah Osborn Hendrickson, which indicates that she probably died young (possibly in childbirth or later about 1825) after which her husband evidently remarried and relocated to Indiana.
