William "Ike" Eisenhauer is an adjunct assistant professor of Systems Engineering at Portland State University. His research interests include:

- Uncertainty Management
- State Based Reconstructabilty Analysis

- Conflict Under Deceptive Irrationality

In addition to teaching, Ike is also a the Director of the Office of Systems Redesign for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Portland VA Medical Center. His work there is focused on the systemic improvement of health care delivery. Prior to joining the DVA, Ike held positions at Wells Fargo in Risk Management, Loss Mitigation, and Equity Operations. Prior to working at Wells Fargo, Ike was the Director of Business Intelligence at a Portland-based market research firm. In addition, he is an industry consultant in the areas of probability/uncertainty management, executive decision making, and benchmarking.
