On a personal note, my husband of 39 years was a family doctor in Fairbanks, Alaska and is currently a medical administrator with Care Oregon. Our daughter, Cindy, works in Eugene and is the grants manager for the local watershed council, and her husband Jim, is an engineer with the Army Corps of Engineers. Our son, Robert, works in marketing in Seattle. I am an avid downhill skier and enjoy gardening, reading, gourmet cooking, backpacking, and kayaking.
