My mother and I sometimes engaged in 'smile contests', as shown in this picture, circa 1980. At the command of a third person we would smile and hold the smile until that person gave the command to stop. Then we would smile and stop again on command for repeated cycles. The winner was the one who the third person judged to be better at smiling on command.....Who do you think is the winner?
