Blue Fin is the first restaurant within the campus blocks to offer sushi. The restaurant owner, Elaine Seo loves to offer to PSU students quality sushi within their budget. She also enjoys providing families within the neighborhood dinner portion items that will leave everyone wanting more. The layout of the restaurant features an automated belt for carrying sushi, and the bulk of the seating is situated around the belt. Sushi and other dishes will also be available for order through the service staff.
