WHAT'S NEW

last modified: 1/21/08

Items will be posted with the newest at the top.
Links open in new windows.

All tests and assignments will be announced HERE, in CLASS, on the "Schedule & Assignment" pages (links at left), and by EMAIL. If you do not see a link to the new item, the item is NOT YET READY and you are not yet responsible for it. Please don't contact your instructor about it, since that just takes time and can delay the update. We don't forget these things, but there may be delays.

The best ways to stay informed are to: 1) check this page several times a week (it comes up automatically when you enter the course website); 2) go to class (obviously!); 3) check your email frequently (be sure the account you use is the one whose address you have given to your instructor, that your mailbox is not full, and that your service will accept the attachments).

The Table of Contents (left side of splash screen) now has a link to "tutoring & study helps". There you will find: advice about selecting a tutor (and whether to seek a tutor at all!); the schedule for free PSU tutoring; advice about other study helps.

Uploaded the two "Cameo" presentations about the "Big Picture" and "Assessment / Tests / Scoring Guides / Grades". They are also linked from the "Schedule & Assignments" page. Some links to media may not yet be functional.

Fixed (actually: re-fixed) the link for Assignment 4 and adjusted the due date to allow for the delay. Added link for Project 1. Added details to schedule for upcoming weeks.

The link to Assignment #2 on the "Schedule" page was temporarily broken while the page was being updated. The link there now works properly. I have linked directly to Assignment 2 from here. Bitte um Verzeihung (=my apologies). Kommt in den besten Familien vor (=Stuff happens).
