Biographical Details:
Elizabeth Dunn was a daughter of Hugh and Elizabeth Drake Dunn and was born in Piscataway Township, Middlesex County, East Jersey Province, on March 19, 1675 (1676 N. S.). Her family was among several Baptist families that had relocated from New England, evidently to avoid persecution by the Puritans. Elizabeth was apparently unmarried in 1691 when she was mentioned in her father's will. Accordingly, she and John Runyon were married in Piscataway on January 20, 1692 (1693 N. S.). Subsequently, they lived in Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. Elizabeth Dunn Runyon reportedly died in Somerset County, New Jersey, about 1756, but no details are known.Source Citations:
