Penn Sardin is a migrating dining event based in Portland that brings you the culinary culture of Celtic France using Northwest ingredients. Much like Breton food, we focus on embellishing the beauty and simplicity of seafood, heirloom vegetables and heritage pig for tastefully simple, compelling and flavorful dishes made from scratch with love and passion.
