TEACHING DIVERSITY
http://www.oaa.pdx.edu/CAE/
The Center for Academic Excellence has a very helpful LINKS section on teaching excellence.  Each of these links (The first two alone, A Berkeley Compendium of Suggestions for Teaching and Excellence and the Electronic Journal on Excellence in Teaching, contain a wide array of techniques and exercises on teaching diversity) connect the reader to approaches to diversity in the classroom setting.  A "must see" for all interested!
There are also many links within the Center's own website that also pertain to the topic of teaching diversity.
