Follow these steps to complete this class questionnaire:

1. Print this page from our computer elective website
• Go to "File" on the menu bar at the top of the page
• Scroll down to "Print"
• Press "okay" at the bottom of the box
• Go to the printer in the lobby of our computer lab and pick up your printed sheet
2. For this part of the questionnaire, you will be using a word processing program.  Open the Microsoft Word program on your computer.
• Go to the desktop and press "Start" on the lower bottom left hand side.
• Scroll up to "Programs."  Move to the side and click on Microsoft Word.
• You should see a blank page on your screen.
3. Now your job is to type the questions below exactly as you see them onto your Word document.  Then answer each question with your personalized response.
• To do this you will need to use various features of Microsoft Word including:
• centering text
• using different types of lettering such as italics, bold, and underlined text.
• changing font size and type
• using bullets and numbers
4. Now begin to practice your typing skills and technical word processing skills by completing the following questions on your Word document.
5. When you are finished typing the questions and your responses you can either:
• print out the Word document and hand it to me

• send the Word document as an attachment through your email account to <siebertl@pdx.edu>
6. Remember to ask me or one of you classmates if you have any questions at all.  Let's practice together!
