Design user-friendly interfaces for experimental control of material processing, device characterization and microscopy. Learn and use LABVIEW- software.


MS students:            Nano-device structures

Devices based on semiconductor nanowires. Preparation, characterization, microscopy:      
            A: Solar cell
            B: Optically pumped laser
            C: Ultra-violet LED
Goal: Learn the complete cycle of nanomaterials preparation, device design, device preparation, characterization and optimization.
