Go To WebCT - submit them like a quiz before the due date.
E-mail molecules can only be returned one per week (weeks officially
end on Mondays at 8:30 am).
Each one returned with correct information will receive two extra credit points.
It is expected that you do your own work on these assignments and that you log in to the WebCT site as yourself.
Go To WebCT - use the Gradebook feature to find the list of nine numbers ( M1 - M9 ) that are your specific assignments. You may do these in any order (one per week).
The information you should return about each molecule is the following:(THE COMPLETE LIST OF E-MOLECULES IS BELOW)
1) the number and name of the molecule you are reporting on,
2) the molecular formula, i.e., CxHy etc.,
3) the number of carbons with sp3 hybridization,
4) the family name of at least one functional group present,
5) the biological role or significance of the compound,
6) your sources of information.
