In this initital version there are seven relationships that will be described:

linear	y= mx+b
polynomial	y = x^2
exponential	y = 10^x, or y = e^x
log	y = log(x), or y = ln(x)
trig	y = sin(x) or y = tan(x)
saturating hyperbola	y= x/(x+K)
sigmoidal	"logistic equation" or y = x^n / (x^n + K^n)
