Looking for a JOB -

• Read the page on What can I do with a job in environmental studies.
• Follow one of the links about environmental science also.
• Look at the list of companies and agencies that will be on campus on Feb 17.

Assignment part 1: Write a description of three jobs that you might want to do during or right after you get your degree. What are the requirements for the job and what would you get out of the job?

 

Thinking about a CAREER -

• Also on the career center web site:
• Examine different career advice such as on careers for the common good or careers in sustainability.
• Read about why you might want to go to graduate school.
• Explore other job paths such as through the Peace Corps.

Describe (in several sentences) what career path you are pursuing now and what options you will try to get to open up for you in the future. What is your ideal job in an ideal career? Where would you like to be 2 years after graduation? 5 years? 10 years?
