Purpose of the course:

In this set of 10 modules you will be guided through an orientation to the choices you have in your chosen degree and the resources that are available for you to make decisions. The goal of this course is to empower you to take responsibility for guiding your academic and professional career. We will accomplish these goals in this class by helping you understand our curriculum and how the courses fit in to that overall structure, providing feedback on your progress in the curriculum, encourage you to be engaged in other activities that build experience and skills and plug you into to a professional network that will help you find a job in your career path. This course is really an overview to the curriculum and the overall expectations we have for our graduates.

Note: There are some assignments that require feedback from the instructor which might take at least 24 hours each. Do not plan on doing this course all in one shot at the end of the term. That won't work.
