MS - students:  Electron optics

Simulation and analysis  of electron optical lenses using Mathlab, Mathematica and SIMION 7.0.
Goal: Learn a variety of mathematical techniques to understand ongoing work in the electron-optical lab.

MS -  students:  Ultrafast electron microscopy

Use femtosecond laser pulses and photoemission microscopy to study plasmonic and photonic processes in nanostructures.
