Breaking away from his more soulful and lyrical beginnings, Graduation seems to take on a more electronic nature and focus on creating a grander presence. West’s inspiration to this larger sound came from the likes of U2 who’s music filled stadiums and arenas with a harmonious force. This inspiration can clearly be seen as the album is filled with anthemic rap songs such as his hit “Stronger” and “Flashing Lights”.

The albums notoriety has earned itself the title of a true classic and its sound won’t be getting stale soon.
