Board Meeting

Present at the Meeting: CMENC Officers-Melanie Smith, President; Aaron Waggoner, Vice President; Candace Weber, Secretary; Amber Stellato, Treasurer.
President requests list of ideas for speakers.
Money comes only from the $2 per year. $10 from each board member for food every other meeting.
Alternate Tuesdays and Thursdays so we won't jeopardize brown bags.
Treasurer suggested possibly raising money to sponsor one of our members attendance to certain event(s), by charging $2 for a volunteer speaker.
It was noted that we have to follow SOC (student organization) rules. Getting bank account sometime soon for the first time.
Brainstorming on idea of putting on fund raiser with MENC members giving a concert.
