Services SOC can provide:
They will place signs around campus for us.
We can request up to $400 for a specific budget (photocopies, etc.).
Use of a computer lab.
Photocopies are $.03 for white paper and $.05 for colored paper.
Mailbox, which we can get info about leadership opportunities in.
We can request funds to send members to a convention (they must give a presentation afterward).
We can request funds to bring in speakers/presenters.
SOC's response to our concerns:
Website-we can put a link on the main page through them to our personal page, which we can update at will. (This will also give us an easier address to remember)
Bank Account-we will be able to operate without a specific budget if we choose to, and we can withdraw and deposit funds as we need to. Checks are only cut 2X per week, but reimbursement is very easy.
The board left a copy of the constitution for Lisa Worsh to review.
