• Typos in Table 3.1: For k=3 case, the second edge basis functions and the last three face basis functions are incorrect. The correct forms can be derived from Theorem 3.1.
• In the introduction, the sentence asserting that Webb's functions span the Nedelec space is incorrect. Webb's functions do not.
