Correlation and Simple Regression

The midterm becomes available Thursday of Week 5 and available through the following Sunday evening. As stated in the syllabus, the midterm consists of

• Four randomly selected multiple-choice items from each of the first four quizzes for a total of 16 items
• Three or four short-answer questions interpreting a regression analysis output based on the analysis questions for HW #4

Completing the Midterm should be around one-half hour if not sooner. Remember you (should) have access to the quizzes to continue studying and even raising your initial score. The short-answer questions are straight from HW #4 Analysis Problems.

One important point is that the material in Week 4 serves as the foundation of Week 6, which serves to set up Week 7 material. So make sure you learn the material well from Week 4 to not only do well on the Midterm but also the Final.
