The purpose of this assignment is to support and document effective language study by having you record how, and how much, you study. To learn more about activities and resources that are strongly recommended for the course, see the Study Advice and Kontext Checklist).

Directions:

1) Respond to the self-evaluation items on the rest of this page. Record your response to the LEFT of each item. Some items ask you to write in a number; others ask you to CIRCLE a response, like Y for "yes" and N for "no".
2) On the back of this page write 25-100 words, in German OR English, that somehow demonstrate or describe whatever progress you have made (or not made!) since you began the Kontext. It may help you to read the "overview" section of the Kontext (see Wie, bitte? "Context Resources".

This assignment is due NO LATER than the class meeting when the next Kontext is begun.

Grading: If you respond to every item and also write your 25-100-word comment on the other side, you will get an A+ on this assignment. Otherwise, you get an F.
