Purposes: The projects encourage you to use the language more independently and creatively, and to customize your experience of the language and culture to your own interests, knowledge and circumstances.
The "Einkaufen u. Geschenke - Shopping & Gifts" project has several particular purposes; they are listed in the project description.
There are two stages, so that your instructor can make sure you start on the right track. Stage 1 is due one calendar week after the instructor states the assignment. Stage 2 is due one calendar week after your instructor returns your stage 1 to you or otherwise (email message, etc.) gives you the go-ahead.
