Everyman incorporates a core sleep which is usually no more than 3 hours, and then about 3 naps that are about 20 minutes each. The core sleep allows for at least one deep REM cycle and the 20 minute naps refresh your energy throughout the day. This sleep cycle is hard to adjust to because you will feel sleep deprived the first week. If you are able to master it though, you will have a very flexible sleeping pattern.
