RE: Storage requirements for the next 5 years
 

In an attempt to reorganize the PSU storage facility to accommodate present and future storage needs, we are backshifting to utilize currently unused shelving. We need your input to accurately calculate how much space to leave.

Please estimate as best as you can whether you will be moving each serial to storage, and if so, how many feet it will take up. The more closely you estimate, the more sure you can be that space will be there for you. Base your estimate on:

• how much use each serial gets
• how much room it takes up
• how often you have removed it to storage in the past
• what your shelf constraints will be in the next five years
