I have been studying martial arts since 1997. And in February, I was awarded my 1st degree black belt in Judo. I am currently an assistant instructor and enjoy teaching and sharing my interest in Judo with others. Although I have trained extensively in Judo, I have also studied the arts of Jujistu, Hapkido, and Aikido. For more information about Judo and to view some tournament pictures, click on the picture.

In addition to the martial arts, I am also an avid surfer. My flair for wave riding began during an internship in Melbourne, Florida in the summer of 2000. Since then, I have been surfing as much as possible on the beautiful Oregon coast. I have also been fortunate enough to surf in Hawai'i, Florida, Washington, California, New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, and in the Great Lakes. Click on the picture to see some of my pictures.

I have been working with computers since 1996. During this time, I have assembled over 80 computer systems and spent innumerable hours troubleshooting home/small office networks. As an entrepreneurial side project, I enjoy selling and upgrading old computer systems which I purchase from surplus auctions.
