Welcome to the home page for my web site. I am Brian Stipak, Professor Emeritus of Public Administration, Portland State University. My web site gives some background about myself, provides help and resources for students in my courses, contains information on the courses I teach and links to other sites, and indulges in a little humor.

I teach courses on program evaluation, data analysis, operations research, computer applications, and introductory public administration. I am involved with both M.P.A. students and Ph.D. students. My research and consulting activities have encompassed a wide range of social science and applied social research.
