to complete all assignments before class. I do not accept late homework.
I expect you to come to class with your homework complete. I also
expect you to be ready to participate in activities related to using the
grammar. Grammar assignments will include writing tasks, speaking
tasks, and grammar exercises.
Attendance: Attendance is part of your grade. If you miss classes, it will lower your participation grade. If you must miss a class, please call or e-mail me before the class. Also remember that you are responsible for any information you miss if you are absent. If you miss a quiz or a test, you cannot make it up, so please be in class on those days.
Participation: Active participation in all class activities is required. If you participate actively, you will learn more in this class. Please try your best!
Grading: Your final grade will be based on your class participation & homework (20%), class work/quizzes (30%), midterm exam (20%) and final exam (30%). Scores must be above 70% in all three areas in order to pass to level 4 grammar.
