| This is a very interesting iterview of Jude Nicoletti who was a long-time volunteer with the American Red Cross Oregon Trail Chapter. She shares stories from the Vanport Flood, Columbus Day Storm, and the eruption of Mount St. Helens. The interview is one of a set of interviews taken in 1997 as part of the Oregon Trail Chapter Oral History Project. This interview was done by Mary Gibney. The original format of the interview was a audio cassette tape that was captured and converted into a digital format on a computer. The original digital format was then downsampled for ease of use on the internet, and to reduce size.
