Approval/Denial of recognitionStudent organizations, services, and affiliations are recognized in Spring term for the proceeding academic year. All student organizations, services, and affiliations must reregister each Spring. The assigned Advisor will approve or deny the recognition of a group based on the application process being done completely and on time and that all student organization criteria are met. The decision is based on the application, student organization documentation available, observation, and meetings. If a group's application for recognition is denied, they may reapply during the recognition period. Recognition is not guaranteed based on previous recognition. |
