Driver's Training

Taking the Driver's class is the first step in becoming an Approved Driver for SALP and the class is free. Students need to take this class if they plan to drive for their Group, and this even includes driving their own vehicle. After students take this class they will complete two on-line tests and the Advisor will review their driving record. If the student passes the on-line tests and has a passable driving record, they will be an Approved Driver for SALP. This Approved status lasts for two years. Driver's Trainings are held in M114 of Smith Student Union. Here are the dates for the summer term:

  • Thursday, August 14th 12-1pm
  • Friday, August 22nd 10-11am
  • Wednesday, August 27th 1-2pm
  • Monday, September 8th 1-2pm
  • Thursday, September 18th 12-1pm
  • Friday, September 26th 10-11am
