Frequently Asked QuestionsHow do we reserve a room for our student group meetings? Registered student groups can reserve rooms within the Smith Memorial Student Union at no charge. Room Request Forms should be submitted to your SALP Adviser at least one week in advance. There is no guarantee that a room will be available if submitted later this time frame. |
