3: Self-Monitor:
After gathering the entire class' rankings for their 'self-monitor' quiz, we found the mean, median, mode, and standard deviations for the class. The median for the class is thirteen, which means the majority of the class is extending toward the middle. My ranking was fairly low, I scored a six on the quiz What I found interesting was that the females mean was higher than the males, the females mean was 13.3333333 whereas the males was 11.875, it isn't a significant difference but still interesting numbers. I think the reason for this difference is that females tend to be higher self-monitors than males. I on the other hand scored the lowest out of all the females but still higher than the males lowest. The class' standard deviation is 4.089460137. My reaction to my scores is 'wow' its very low, although this score would mean a bad thing way back in the 1700's, I think of what it means in today's society and I would say that It's not a bad thing. I probably don't feel desperate to fit into a crowd but I am confidant of who I am and won't change my identity to make others like me.
