Dietrichia was a monotypic genus until we found out that 2 distinct species were hiding under one name. Both morphotypes are found in Québec, but it is not possible for now to tell which one is D. hesperia and which one is new. We hope to get that problem solved in our next trip to the MCZ and AMNH
