Advise Dr. Frankenstein, as an 18th century scientist (natural philosopher), about the conflicts between Scientific Knowledge and Social Responsibility from the perspective of contemporary character, John “The Savage” living in his own technological world.

January, 19th 25-
Dear. Dr. Frankenstein,

I received your letter four days ago and thank you for your concern.  I am so sorry that I did not respond to your letter as soon because I exhausted from the world around me.  In your letter, you asked me what I think of your recent experiments. I do not mean to be rude to you, Dr., and I know that I am just a child that does not know much about scientific knowledge.  I only know from my mother and Shakespeare- The Complete Works of William Shakespeare.  But one mistake that I see in your experiment is that: you “gave birth” to a newborn creature but you did not take good care of it.  Also the society did not accept this creature because it looked scary to them.  So the creature felt bad and he had to learn everything by himself.  I think you should have helped him by finding him and give him love and a home.
I also do not think you should make any more creatures.  The creature you already made has suffered too much.  Besides, children should be born in a natural way and live as human beings.  Through my own experience, I realized what it meant to have a human feels: mind, soul, and body.  If we look at the children bore from test tubes in England, they do not act human.  They were so awful because they laughed at me when my mother died.  I felt so bad because the emotional feeling that have in me was different from them.  Also my mother, Linda  who was raised in England did not let me call her “mother” because she thought being naturally born was dirty and wrong.  When I stopped her of not to cry, “Linda. Oh, mother, don’t” (page 127). She said, “I’m not your mother. I won’t be your mother.” Then she slapped me for the punishment of calling her “mother”.  I think what Linda thinks is exactly like what you have been doing.  She wanted to have a baby through the technology experience.  What you have been doing is you created a creature through your lack of scientific knowledge.  Children should be born naturally and raised by their parents and family.  Babies-human should bear in the mother wombs. So in the first place you should have not make this monster because even though your love ones.  Human should deserve care and kindness from parents and the societies.
I also tired of Linda that have a feeling of against me; Linda always thinks that carry baby in her womb was an uncivilized.  She wanted the place that she was belonging to, civilianized, England.  England was a place that full of scientific test tubes experiments.
Then a month ago that Linda and I had been moved to England.  The visitors of the Savage, Lenina Crowne  and Bernard Marx , invited us to come.  Even though that I think I would be out of the sight of the Savage, I thought coming to England made me feel even more strongly great new world.  I am not even fit in England’s society either because people here taking too much soma .  Do you know what soma is?  Soma is a kind of drug that makes people happy all the time and almost all of the people in England take this drug, so they have no real emotional feeling.  They do not know what sad feels like; they knew only how to make themselves happy through soma.  One of the English women said, “I’d better take a couple of grammes of soma.”  (Page 178). They wanted me to take soma too, but I did not want to take it because I want to be a human being.
You had told me that the creature came to you and asked you to make a female creature for him, right?  I understand how the monster feels exactly because I wanted a maid.  He wanted a maid because he was lonely; the society was scare of his ugliness.  He had to find the place for himself to be and life became hard and harder for him.  So he has to find somewhere else that he could be away from people that scare of him.   He had to go through, “The winter advance, and entire revolution of the seasons had taken place since I awoke into life.  My attention, at this time, was solely directed towards my plan of introducing myself into the cottage of my protectors.  I revolved many projects; but that on which I finally fixed was. To enter the dwelling when the blind old man should be alone. I had sagacity enough to discover, that the unnatural hideousness of my person was the chief object to horror with those who had formerly beheld me.  My voice, although harsh, had nothing terrible in it; I thought therefore, that if. In the absence of his children, I could gain the good will and mediation of the old De lacy! I might by his means, be tolerated by my young protectors.”  (page 89)  I feel so sorry to monster and I know that you are not very happy about it.  Many if you take my advice above, it might be a little help for you and the monster.
This creature want a maid, I want a maid, you want a maid, and of course every one do want their maids.  You married to Elizabeth Lavenza  and when he saw the life of happiness that human have, he would want something the same too.  This feeling is the feeling that all of us have in common.  But may be the monster thought that you were selfishness that was why he said; “I will be with you on your wedding night.”   He was so angry at you about your wedding because he asked you to create a maid for him, but you did not and now you getting marry? If you should have told others on your experience with the built up the new creature, they might give you advice or have helped you through.
When I was at the Savage, I was alone, I wished to have friends instead of having someone that thrown rocks on me because of my mother perspectives.  Here in England, I thought it would be the place that society here would be fit with my nature, but I still alone.  I wanted to marry her so bad because we were falling in love, but she did not want to.  She wanted to just having sex with me.  I called names on her because I did not think or know like human would think.  She did not even know what it means to marry, sad and cry?  So I went into a lighthouse because I want to be alone and to purify myself.  Whenever I think of Lenina, I whipping myself because I felt regret.  One day Lenina and the reporters came to the lighthouse and I was whipping her and those reporters plus myself. I thought of these people were not human being because they all taking soma. Soma and the technology tools had guided her and those people’s lives.   I was so regret; it is too late to apologize.  Now I am in a lighthouse all by myself.  I saw a pen and couple pieces of black sheet, then I decided to write a good-bye letter to you and Lenina.  I hope there would be someone that walk by and willing to get these two letters for you and Lenina.  Beside the fact that I understand feeling bad for the monster because he is alone, I do not think you should create him a partner.
I hope this would help to reduce your stressfulness about this creature.  You can take sometime and think about it because it is very important to the society and this creature itself. I understand exactly how he feels because I am had been through a life that society did not accept who I was.  The Savage denied me because I was different from them, I was all alone.
