OAM : The Odin Account Manager

ABOUT OAM

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the computer account activation and management experience for our users, we are bringing a system called the Odin Account Manager (OAM) online. OAM will provide you with more freedom and control over your accounts by using a self-service model.

During the initial roll out, OAM will serve users who are PSU students or employees, primarily managing:

  • PSU Portal access (myPSU)
  • PSU Information System access (Banweb)
  • PSU Computer Lab accounts
  • E-mail access
  • Wifi access
OAM Benefits Include:
  • Access to the Portland State University portal - myPSU.
  • Self service activation of your computer accounts - no need to go to the Help Desk.
  • Unified Odin Account that works for the PSU Information System, PSU computer labs, PSU e-mail, wifi (pubnet) access and many other services - same Odin ID, same password.
  • Register where you read your e-mail - so you don't miss any important e-correspondence from PSU.
  • Ability to chose a more descriptive e-mail address.
  • Synchronized passwords.
  • Self service password reset.
  • Instantaneous PSU online directory updates (for employees).
