Although Quintell had no formal education, he developed a philosophy "Be fair with your customers, give them bargains and treat them with dignity and they will remain your customers forever." We offer a money back guarantee. If, for any reason, the diamond you ordered does not completely meet your expectations we will refund your funds less the agreed upon shipping/insure costs. The only thing you are responsible for is the cost of transportation and insurance. Sending a diamond back, we suggest your best option is via the US Post Office's registered insured mail for many reasons. We will provide you with the return address.
