1. New Look for our Website! • December 12, 2007

2. Distance Learning Criteria • December 6, 2007
   In collaboration with state partners, OCCD has newly defined criteria for Oregon Registry Training Sessions that are delivered through non-classroom formats. These include online training, independent self-study training, correspondence courses, hybrid courses, and other types of training that occur away from traditional classrooms. 3. John & Betty Gray Scholarship Program on Temporary Pause • November 2007
   Due to the great success and popularity of the John and Betty Gray Scholarship program, the Oregon Center for Career Development in Childhood Care and Education has awarded the maximum amount of funding available at this time. For this reason OCCD is unable to process any new scholarship applications or requests until additional funding is available, please check back after February 15, 2008.
