Guidelines
for Lab use:
Priority Use Policy: The
UPA Computer lab is a Departmental Lab. Priority use of this lab is
given to students enrolled in classes through the College of Urban and
Public Affairs. When the lab is full, non-UPA students
will be asked to relinquish use of computers to awaiting UPA students.
Noise: Avoid
excessive noise and loud talking. Condcut non-essential conversation
outside the lab.
Unattended Computers: Computers
left unattended for more than 15 minutes will be relinquished for use
by those waiting. The lab assumes no responsibility for unsaved data.
Conduct: Lab
attendants are here to support the needs of the users. Abusive language
and/or actions will not be tolerated. Persons exhibiting this type of
behavior will be asked to leave the facilities with possible permanent
expulsion per student conduct code.
