ESSAY CHECKLIST
Use this checklist while you are editing your essay. Try to keep the
points in mind while you are writing, too.
The introduction

Each paragraph
___ uses logical connectors and pronouns to tie it to to paragraphs
before and after
___ has only one main idea (not more)
___ has a topic sentence
___ has enough examples and details

The conclusion
