REALITY

Reality binds

It binds your wrists and grinds.

Reality blinds

It blinds your eyes and shuts off minds.

And like the sun,

Reality shines

But unlike the sun,

Reality’s rays are not warm and gentle,

They are cruel and temperamental.

They say reality is real,

But that’s not how I feel.

And when you deny what they say is real,

You will begin to truly see and heal.

And then you will know,

That reality is not what you see and touch.

Reality is what you feel.

But if its true that reality is what you see and touch,

Then I guess feeling is not real.
