He has experience in applying economic, financial, and statistical analyses to securities, business, and real estate valuation and to competition, regulation, and antitrust issues. He has authored and published peer reviewed papers on municipal bond finance,  initial public offering firms, and on the formation of cartels. In addition to consulting, he has been a professor at Portland State University, the University of Southern California, Indiana University, and the Claremont Colleges, where he has taught business, economics, finance, and statistics courses. Dr. Fruits has provided expert testimony and expert opinions to U.S. federal courts and state courts.</description>    </item>      </channel></rss>
