Author's note: I don't own Power Rangers or its characters. If I did, I'd be a lot richer. Don't sue me; I'm just a student writing for fun.

Skater Boy

He was a boy

She was a girl

Can I make it any more obvious

He was a punk

She did ballet

What more can I say

He wanted her

She'd never tell secretly she wanted him as well

But all of her friends stuck up their nose

They had a problem with his baggy clothes

Fifteen year old Zhane ran after Kestra. She was the prettiest girl his age with golden curls and emerald eyes.

"Kestra wait!" he called.

"What do you want?"

"I was wondering if, um, you'd like to watch the meteor shower with me?"

"Why would I want to do anything with a loser like you?" she asked as she walked off.

He was a skater boy

She said see ya later boy

He wasn't good enough for her

She had a pretty face

But her head was up in space

She needed to come back down to Earth

Andros placed a comforting hand on his best friend's shoulder, "Don't worry Zhane. Besides, if she doesn't like you for you, she doesn't deserve you."

"You think so?"

"I know so."

Five years from now

She sits at home

Feeding the baby she's all alone

She turns on tv

Guess what she sees

Skater boy rockin' up MTV

Kestra stood with the other colonists awaiting the arrival of the Megaship. So, Zhane was now a hero of the universe. What a boyfriend he would make now. Well, she was going to be the one to get him.

She calls up her friends

They already know

And they've all got tickets to see his show

She tags along stands in the crowd

Looks up at the man that she turned down

Zhane helped Kerone carry boxes of supplies from the Megaship. They had stopped for a break and were talking about Andros and Ashley when they were interrupted. Zhane recognized the girl; it was Kestra.

"Hi Zhane," she said completely ignoring Kerone. "Welcome back. You know, we're having a celebration party tonight. I was wondering if you'd like to go with me?"

He was a skater boy

She said see ya later boy

He wasn't good enough for her

Now he's a superstar

Slamin' on his guitar

Does your pretty face see what he's worth

Kerone squeezed his hand gently. He smiled down at her. Andros had been right; he had found a girl that liked him for who he was. And he was in love with her.

"Sorry Kestra, we've got plans."

Sorry girl but you missed out

Well tough luck that boy's mine now

We are more than just good friends

This is were the story ends

Too bad you couldn't see

See the man that boy could be

There is more than meets the eye

I see the soul that is inside

Kestra leveled a glare at Kerone; she just glared back. In the end Kestra dropped her eyes first; Kerone wasn't the former Princess of Evil for nothing.

Zhane grinned at her, "So is our bet on?"

"Of course. You'd better be ready to pay up though," Kerone replied. "We'll be on our way back to Earth before the day is over."

"I still say it will take Andros a full day after they've gone to decide to return to Earth."

Kestra glared at the two of them and walked off. Kerone smiled at her retreating figure then turn to Zhane, "Let's get back to work."

He's just a boy

And I'm just a girl

Can I make it any more obvious

We are in love

Haven't you heard

How we rock each other's world

Kerone smiled at Zhane as the sat on the Megaship's bridge. She had been right. It had taken Andros about five minutes after seeing Ashley disappear into the Megaship to decide that he wanted to go with her. That was fine by Kerone; she was quite fond of the Yellow Ranger as well as the rest of them. Besides, as long as she had Zhane, she was happy.

I'm with the skater boy

I said see ya later boy

I'll be backstage after the show

I'll be at a studio

Singing the song we wrote

About a girl you used to know

Owari (the end)
