Looking for some help...

Hey so i've got some lyrics with no music.... any takers who can write the music for it. XC was alrighty, I think it's going to a lot easier than track. The kids are very cooperative and listen for the most part. Now it's about keeping the A group and B group always occupied.

Why?

One hour is 60 minutes. 60 minutes is 3,600 seconds. 3,600 seconds is 360,000 milliseconds. I've spent that much time updating my blog on myspace. Why?????? It's like a darkness that is creeping inside of me. Little by little i've got to check myspace more frequently. Then i've got to update my blog. Check the friend requests. Update the bands I like because of this new band I found. It's taking over my life like i've seen it take over the rest of the population. Ughhhhhhhh... must go take two hour shower. Two hours is a 120 minute shower. 120 minutes is 7,200 seconds. 7,200 seconds is 720,000 milliseconds which I will spend by my self sobbing at the sorry state that i've put myself in.

Lame wad

Well i've done it... i've joined myspace. The darkness that is spreading throughout the whole world has infected me... I joined it because I needed to. In organizing the now defunct "Rock for Relief" effort I found that for many bands the only way to contact was through the dreaded myspace. Umm so yeah i'm on there... i'll check when my life is really dragging and there is absolutely nothing for me to do.

Back in Portland. Yay! It's what I do and I got to say i love the city. Because I can walk down the street and I don't feel like I have answer to anyone. Now what this means psychologically, I don't know... but it's sweet. Maybe I have an inferiority complex, dunno, but Portland is where I love to be.

Writing more music. Actually Archie and I put a song together but when we saw the Jaymars last they had a very similar chord progression, so it's back to the drawing board with the music. As for the lyrics they are done. It's about lying. The name of the song is "Living the lie".

I'm obviously bummed out about the whole fact that the concert didn't get off it's feet but hey what can you do. I know... organize another! But this time i'm laying down some ground rules. First, no outside concert. Second, no SIP. Third, it won't be a benefit concert so i'll pick who I want. As good old Monty has said on occasion... "excellent".

Well my amigos, keep it real.

Last time...

Sorry to get back on again and fill your mailboxes with crap but the URL i sent was wrong. Hopefully the one below is right. Once again to fill you in... we are looking for a sponsor for Rock for Relief. In order to raise some money to stage the concert at the capitol we're holding an auction to get that sponsor. We ran in to trouble initially because apparently you they are certain rules regarding non-profits and auctions and by flaunting our connection to the Red Cross without the proper documentation the auction, with bids already in place, was pulled. I have since gone back and revised the text and pictures in order to come into compliance. Once again if you can help in any way whether bidding or spreading the word about the auction and show, it would be greatly appreciated. As for the right link you can find that below.

Hopefully the right eBay link.

Thanks!

-Clifford

P.S. If you have trouble with the URL go ahead and do a search of eBay using the term, "sponsor rock for relief" and you should find it that way.

New eBay listing

Well we got pulled of ebay. Apparently with all the Red Cross stuff up we violated certain rules regarding non-profits, so they pulled us. So i went back and redid everything in order to bring us up to code per se. Thanks to those of you who did bid. Also spread the word, it will be great to get  as may bids as possible so that we can put together this concert. The listing is below.

NEW EBAY LISTING FOR "ROCK FOR RELIEF"

Thanks and have a great night.
