Comic Relief

House Rules:

The following have been modified for use in my campaigns.

Skills:

All Skills are purchased using a 2:1 cost ratio.

Feats

Improved Initiative: is only available if your bonus becomes no greater than +9.

Extend Stride: adds 5 feet to your Speed. You can take this Feat multiple times.

Powers

Drain
Drain-Abilities now affects Super-Abilities (as both Mimic and Transfer already do).

Duplication
Your power rank now only limits the abilities of your duplicates. No single roll for a duplicate can be modified by more than your power rank, by whatever means, irrelevant of skill ranks or ability modifiers. Also, you can produce only one duplicate unless you purchase the revised Horde extra below.
Extras:
Horde: each time you purchase this extra you can produce one additional duplicate. The rules for producing multiple duplicates at once still apply.
Real Duplicates: your duplicates take damage as normal, not as mooks.

Incorporeal
Incorporeal is totally broken as presented in the M&M basebook. Replace entire description as follows:
You can harmlessly pass through normal matter with a hardness less than or equal to your power rank. For this power do not modify hardness by the objects thickness. All other listed benefits from the basic Incorporeal power are lost.
Extras:
Physical: you can maintain your Incorporeal form to protect yourself from harm. You are immune to all physical attacks. Energy attacks effect you normally.
Energy: you have rank protection against energy attacks. Must have the Physcial extra.
Selective-Partially Incorporeal: although this extra isn't modified there has been some questions about hitting a partially incorporeal character. Treat the incorporeal character as having cover depending on the amount of his body that is incorporeal. For example: an incorporeal character with solid hands for an attack has Nine-tenths cover.
Flaws:
Permanent: you must have the Continuous extra and Immunity-Suffocation to have this flaw.

Mimic
Mimic is changed in two ways: it goes from an all-or-nothing-power to a take-what-you-can-get-power, and the Will save is replaced. Now mimic is based on a DC of 10 + power rank of the power being mimiced. For multiple powers (All Attributes extra) use the highest power rank.
Examples: Mimic with Expanded Powers x2 (4pp) can mimic any Super-Strength regardless of additional extras, however you cannot mimic said extras until you purchase additional Expanded Powers extras. To mimic a rank +10 power the DC is 20.
Extras:
Creative Mimicry: you can add extras to mimiced powers that the original did not possess. These extras are limited by the Expanded Powers extra from the basebook. The GM is final arbiter of what is a reasonable extra to add to any power using Creative Mimicry. Example: a Mimic with Expanded Powers x2 (4pp) and Creative Mimicry mimics an Energy Blaster and with GM permission can include the Deflection and Propulsion extras.
Recall: you can spend a Hero Point to remember and generate one power you have mimiced before. This is a +2 cost extra.

Possession
New Power Stunt and Extras.
Power Stunt:
Ingest: the special effects of Possession are reversed, you can pull the target into your body instead of jumping into theirs. You cannot have this power stunt and either the Mind Switch or the Mind Transfer flaws. The mechanics of Possession are unchanged. Note: Ingest Only is not a flaw, only a free power stunt.
Extras:
Extra Subject: when used in conjunction with Ingest above (and only with Ingest), you can Possess one additional person per Extra Subject purchased. So a total of 3 people with the Ingest power stunt and Extra Subject x2.
Mental Powers: you also gain access to a character's mental powers, such as Telepathy, Telekinesis, and any power with the Mental extra.

Super-Skill
Cost: 1
This power grants you a power rank bonus to all skills modified by a single ability score (Str, Dex, Int, etc) which is chosen during character creation. Only Str, Dex, Int, Wis, and Cha variants exist as there are currently no Con based skills. If Con based skills are used in your game feel free to make it available. Note: this power only provides rank bonus to skill checks, not ability checks.
Extras:
Additional Ability: each time this extra is taken add a new ability.
