Comic Relief...

This is a quick attempt to convert the streamlined M&M rules for use in a fantasy setting.

As with standard M&M there are no classes and characters are purchased instead of randomly rolled. Character Creation is used as normal except for powers, skip those for now. Also, characters usually start off at lower Power Levels than normal.
